3. development of the annual budget of the Company with the required level of detail, the consolidated budget of revenues and expenses, the movement of cash flow and balance in accordance with the group requirements, as well as the preparation of the monthly updated forecast of the Company (rolling budget)
4. presentation on a regular basis financial and management statements, including information on the level of achievement of financial performance of each activity and the Company as a whole; preparation of profitability analysis, deviation analysis, comments on deviations
5. cash-flow management, management of receivables and payables to minimize the Company's financial and reputational risks. Assurance of efficient and effective cash and treasury management
6. development and implementation of the necessary policies, procedures, regulations that have a significant impact on the Company's financial result. Close interaction with business divisions in order to ensure planning accuracy, detailed understanding of figures and effective support.
7. compliance of the Statutory with Group accounting principles (IFRS) and local rules included the management of the external auditors (Big4).

Business support
• Start-up. Together with CEO, Head of Development Department setting up and developing the company strategy, e.g. development of start-up business, development of new product line (service) and investment plans. Participation in processes automatization within Operating and Accounting-systems, further adjustments of the system according to the company needs.
• Financial department organization. Financial Department management (12 people). Elaboration the effective structure of Financial Department, its further forming and developing. Effective arrangement of the work of Financial department, goal setting, allocation of the responsibilities of subordinates
• Reporting. Providing relevant reports for CEO in order to support the management decision making. Preparation of projects calculation, plan/fact comparison, control over financial, sales and profit plans. Preparation of operating reports according to internal Group standards
• Accuracy control. Close interaction with business divisions in order to ensure planning accuracy, detailed understanding of figures and effective support. Improvement of processes, implementation of relevant measures, guidelines, rules.
